Deposit
To fix a room reservation we need a deposit of EUR 350 per room
This deposit will be deducted from the total amount at the end of your holiday with us.

The General Austrian Hotel Regulations apply
In the event that you are unable to start your holiday with us for any reason, your deposit will remain credited to the Nockalm and you can redeem the credit at any time during your next stay – without expiry date.
Cancellation costs:
The General terms of business in the hospitality industry apply (AGBH).
If something unforeseen should happen and you cannot start your holiday as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply:
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 1 day before arrival we charge 90% of the accommodation costs.
In order to protect yourself against cancellation costs, we strongly recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Without travel cancellation insurance we quote the statutory cancellation costs in the event of a cancellation. See the schedule above according to the General Austrian Hotel Conditions
The deposit paid will be credited to you for new dates. It will not be refunded!
In case of early departure, we charge the room price minus EUR 15 board per adult and night, children minus EUR 7,50 per night.
Your holiday starts with dinner and ends with breakfast.
